From its Rockford, Illinois roots in 1975, the more recently evolved Ashdale Group in Florida has, since its 1997 inception, still been led by executive Directors George R. Boraiko and Barbara B. Schweppe. Their Executive Team strives to offer consultative services to businesses and individuals. In the capacities of Coach, Consultant and Resource Intermediary, the firm’s objective is the profitable discovery, alignment and facilitation of their client’s "Equity Growth Strategy". Ashdale’s approach combines consulting skills with process management, financial structuring, strategic planning, contract negotiations and compliance oversight. Their implementation plan offers the client a step by step process culminating in the achievement of stated growth objectives designed to enhance the growth of their client’s equity valuation.
